Fees & Booking

Professional Services

Fixed fee services and notary time

Most clients use our website to choose the services they need and book online. When you select the correct service yourself without notary assistance, the fixed fees shown for that service apply. Booking online also provides access to our reduced online fee where applicable.

If you want assistance beyond the tools and what is explained on our website, such as identifying the correct service, reviewing documents, clarifying requirements or discussing your circumstances, this involves personalised notary time. Personalised time may also apply where the nature of our interaction makes additional guidance necessary to progress your matter properly. Personalised assistance is available in advance through a consultation appointment (Service 7) or a support add on (Service 9), depending on what you prefer.

Brief questions about our services, fees or how to book online are always free and do not require notary time. Asking about appointment availability is considered personalised assistance because availability is shown on our website and in the online booking system which can be viewed at any time without commitment.
